Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
Eligible Items
The following items are eligible for return:
- Fabric tote bags in unused condition
- Pouches and organizers with original packaging
- Clutches and evening accessories unworn
- Any item with manufacturing defects
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of our work, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized accessories
- Items with monogramming or embroidery
- Limited edition pieces marked as final sale
- Items damaged through misuse
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

- Describe the reason for the return
- We will provide return shipping instructions
- Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different color or size, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Defective Items
If you receive an item with manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no additional cost. We stand behind the quality of our handcrafted accessories.
Return Shipping
For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For defective items or errors on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
